My stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was excellent! The room was spacious with lovely views, and the staff went above and beyond to provide very good service. However, I did notice that some areas, including the room decor, could use a refresh. Overall, I can't wait to return for another luxurious getaway!

The two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious and well-laid out, with each room having its own massive bathroom. The mini bar was fully stocked, and the views of the sea were stunning. However, the decor felt a bit dated and could use renovation.

Service was exemplary across the board. The Club lounge team was attentive and familiar with our preferences, making our experience even better. However, my interaction with some staff at other areas felt a bit rushed at times.

The location is lovely, right on the beach and near to Wild Wadi water park for some adventure. However, the access from the airport took longer than expected due to the layout of the Palm.
