A Decent Stay with Minor Issues

The staff where mostly friendly and helpful, I did find them very approachable. The food at Imperium was great and there were a lot of options during the breakfast buffet. It felt so complete and very tasty.
The kids pool water was cold. the kids pool and splash pad needs updating, I think. It is not that excellent, I must say.

I noticed the service standards had declined . The staff seemed to lack empathy and a sense of urgency (it really felt that way). The hotel seemed uninterested in my birthday despite prior notification. Only a small chocolate cake arrived at the end of the day.

the hotel is beautiful. the staff work so so hard. they are amazing. our room was spacious. it was very clean. the bed was super comfortable. the pool area had fresh towels. free water delivered came as soon as we found a bed.

front desk did excellent work. the staff was friendly. house keeping kept things tidy. the pool attendants provided mid morning ice lollies. life jackets were available for kids at the pool.

The hotel has excellent infrastructure! Beautiful architecture is present. The e-butler service proved very helpful. Sunil from the team contributed to an extra special stay with his kind and professional support.
the breakfast was disappointing, it lacked value. the taste was compromised despite the vast selection. i found the cost of 40€ per day excessive for the quality received.
